The’ Frusta Sorrentina’ a creation by Pizza Chef Antonino Esposito.
Created by chance in 1996. ‘Starting with a piece of dough cut for a mignon (small) pizza, on which I placed the mozzarella, tomatoes and then closed its sides and extremities.
Hamburgers made only from selected Italian meats from ‘Sorrentino Carni’ butchers.
Delicious buns filled with genuine, local , typical produce.
‘Cassettino’ (basket) filled with mixed fry up, bruschetta (toasted bread with topping), meatballs, salads, platter of cold cuts and cheeses, grilled vegetables, mountain fantasies.
